Daniel Principe: Beyond the Screen
Free Parent & Community Workshop – Registrations Essential
Young people today are growing up in a distracted, digital world. From hyper-sexualised content to toxic influencers, online forces shape popular culture and can influence how young people see themselves and treat others. Amid these challenges, we know that youth are capable of living courageously and leading lives of empathy, respect and kindness—but this shift doesn’t happen by chance.
Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking session with Daniel Principe, a passionate advocate for youth wellbeing. In his parent and community presentations, Daniel gently addresses the “elephants in the room” and explores what really matters to young people. Together, we’ll unpack the messages they receive about consent, porn culture, stereotypes, relationships and sexuality, and learn how to guide them toward healthy, respectful choices.
Grounded in the latest research, Daniel provides practical tools to help caregivers and community leaders:
Analyse and challenge the culture influencing young people
Instill the importance of consent and respectful relationships
Foster empathy and resilience in a digital age
