“Circus” – Edie Jackson (Drama)

Adapted fromI Could Use a Drink, lyrics by Drew Gasparini.
Originally a song, this piece has been reimagined as a monologue. It follows the story of a young girl suffering from a split personality disorder, as the “other” personality begins to mimic negative behaviour for attention.

“The Two of Me” – Jade Limerick (Dance)

This binary-structured dance explores the duality of self, shifting from fragile vulnerability in private to a confident, decisive persona in public.

“I Cast My Net” – Austin Botica (Drama)

Original monologue inspired by the journey of my grandfather from war-torn Yugoslavia to Australia. It captures trauma, displacement, and survival, asking: What does it mean to leave everything behind and truly belong?

“Track by Track” – Sophie Johnson (Dance)

Explores the features of a cassette: linear lines, circular motion of reels, and functions like pause, play, reverse.

“How’s The Pitch!” – Chris Xanthis (Drama)

Adapted fromDIVA: Live from Hell, lyrics by Alexander Sage Oyen.
Office manager Desmond competes for a career-defining pitch, facing off against newcomer Evan Harris in a life-altering moment.

“Claustrophobia” – Livvy Leech (Dance)

Explores confinement through three sections: being trapped, symptoms, and the desire to escape.

“Hecuba’s Monody” – Alice Herbert (Drama)

Adapted fromThe Trojan Womanby Euripides.
A lament by Hecuba, queen of Troy, mourning the fall of her city and the brutal loss of loved ones.

“When The Land Burns” – Jessica Aulfrey, Millie Kelly, Makayla Lowth, Kiara O’Leary, Jeline Strobos, Kayla Sweeney, Chey Ware (Dance)

Explores the destructive force of an Australian bushfire and its haunting aftermath.

“I Can Hear the Bells” – Layla Newman (Drama)

Adapted fromHairspray, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Marc Shaiman.
A teenager’s light-hearted crush spirals into dangerous obsession.

“Blood Connection” – Nate Tonkin (Drama)

Adapted fromLove Childby Joanna Murray-Smith.
Explores identity, abandonment, and the desire for reconnection with a birth mother.
